Lucky Draw FAQ
1. Who is eligible to participate?
Any customer who purchases a Reise tyre from an authorised dealership during the campaign period and successfully registers on the landing page is eligible to participate, subject to the scheme’s terms and conditions.
2. Can I register more than 1 entry?
Each valid tyre purchase may be eligible for one entry, subject to the scheme’s terms and conditions. Multiple entries using the same invoice will be disqualified.
3. What is the last date to register?
Registrations must be completed within 30th September 2026. Entries submitted after that will not be considered for the lucky draw.
4. What are the prizes for the lucky draw?
The grand prize is a RE Classic 350. There will also be other exciting prizes for selected winners that will include riding jackets, pants, gloves, helmets, etc.
5. How will the winners be selected?
The winners will be selected through a third party randomiser tool from all the valid and verified entries received during the campaign period.
6. How will I know I have won?
Winners will be contacted through the registered mobile number and/or email ID provided during registration.
7. Can the prize be exchanged for cash?
No, prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or substituted.
8. What happens if my entry details are incorrect?
Incorrect, incomplete, duplicate and unverifiable entries will be rejected. Please ensure that all information submitted during registration is accurate.
9. Are taxes, registration, or other charges included with the grand prize?
Any applicable taxes, registration charges, insurance, transfer charges, or other costs related to the prize will have to be borne by the winner. The brand shall not be responsible for the payment of these charges.
10. What if I return or cancel my tyre purchase?
If the purchase is cancelled, returned, or found to be invalid, the corresponding lucky draw entry will be disqualified.
11. Is there a minimum purchase amount required to register?
One is eligible to participate if he buys any reise tyre from reise authorised dealerships.
12. Can I participate multiple times?
If one buys tyres more than ones, then he can participate multiple times provided they have separate invoice for each purchase.
13. How do I register for the lucky draw?
You can register by following the below steps:
- Buy any reise tyre
- Scan the QR and fill in your details
- Stand a chance to win RE Classic 350 and many more exciting prizes
14. Do I need to upload my purchase invoice/bill?
Yes, you have to upload the image of the valid invoice/bill.
15. Is there a registration fee?
No, when someone purchases a reise tyre from any of the authorised dealership store, they can register in this contest without any registration fees.
16. From where can I avail this offer?
You can avail this offer from any reise authorised dealer ships as per the scheme’s terms and conditions.
17. Can I avail this offer in Tamil Nadu?
No, you cannot avail this offer in Tamil Nadu.
18. Is this offer applicable for dealers and distributors?
No, this offer is only available for customers and cannot be availed by dealers/distributors.
