Product Order Return and Refund Policy


At Reise Moto, we are dedicated to offering premium Product/s and excellent service to our customers. Please read the following information about our refund policy before placing an order for Product/s on our website 


Return of Product/s:

  •  You can return Product/s within 48 hours of receiving them if they are damaged or defective. It is to be noted that only damaged or defective Product/s are eligible for returns.
  • You must contact Reise Moto's customer service team to initiate a Complaint for return of Product/s and refund.

  •  You will be provided with a complaint number and instructions on how to return the Product/s.
  •  Product/s must be returned in their original and unused condition, with all original packaging and documentation.
  •  Product/s will be picked up within 15 days from the address they were dispatched.


Product/Refund Eligibility:

  • 100% refunds are only applicable for:
    • Orders that are cancelled before shipment.(Actual Payment gateway charges will be borne by the customer)
    • Products that are damaged and are returned in their original, unused condition. Tags should be intact and not tampered with.

 Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.


Upon receipt of returned Product/s and subject to verification of condition of Product/s and report, Company will process a refund as per Policy within 7-10 days to the original payment method used for purchase.


Exchange:

  1. If you wish to exchange your Product/s for a different size, brand, or model, please contact our customer service team at 91 8655818999 or write to us at info@reisemoto.com
  2. Exchange requests are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges or fees.
  3. The return process outlined above must be followed for any exchanged Product/s.

 

Exceptions:

  1. Custom or special order Product/s, including Product/s with customizations such as engraved sidewalls etc., are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective at time of delivery.
  2. Promotional or discounted Product/s may have different refund or exchange policies. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of the promotion or discount for details.
