Shipping policy
At Reise Moto, we strive to provide excellent service and deliver your Product/s orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our Shipping and Delivery Policy carefully to understand our processes and procedures.
Order Processing:
- Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order, including the tracking information. You can use this tracking information to track the progress of your order.
Shipping Methods:
- Shipping is available for all Product/s orders within India.
- Reputable carriers such as DTDC, Delhivery, GATI, DHL, and EKart are used for shipping.
- Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but generally, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days after processing.
- International shipping is not currently offered.
Delivery:
- Deliveries will be made to the address provided while placing order. Please ensure that the address is accurate and complete.
- If you are not available to receive the delivery, the carrier may leave the package at your door-step, or you may need to pick it up from a designated pick-up location as per the carrier's policy.
- If there are any changes to your delivery address or if you need to reschedule the delivery you have to contact us within 48 hours from date of placing order.
Order Tracking:
- You can track your order on the carrier's website by entering the tracking number in the tracking field. The tracking number will be provided to you in the email that you receive when your order is shipped. You can also track the order on our website by logging into your account.
Order Cancellation or Changes:

- Once your order has been processed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
- If you refuse to accept the delivery or provide an incorrect address resulting in the package being returned to us, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Damaged or Missing Items:
- Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery.
- If you notice any damage or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- We may require photographic evidence of any damages or missing items for verification purposes.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
