The crash replacement program applies exclusively to crash-affected Reise helmets, gloves, jackets, pants, and luggage with a new set of Reise riding gear purchased through authorized channels, including the Reisemoto website, and retail stores.
Claims are eligible only for the original purchaser, with proof of purchase required. Also, the product must have been purchased within the past 3 years.
A maximum of 2 claims per product is allowed within the validity period.
The discount amount will be calculated based on the original purchase value of the crashed riding gear.
The replacement item must be of equal or greater value than the original damaged product. No refund will be issued for any price difference if the selected item is of lower value.
Damage must result from a crash or impact that compromises safety or protective features. Cosmetic damage, normal wear, and tear do not qualify.
Damaged gear must be submitted, or proof of destruction provided, if replacement is approved.
Approved claims will receive a discount voucher/code for a replacement product.
This program is not intended for warranty repair or defect correction, which fall under standard warranties.
Multiple Coupons cannot be redeemed in a single bill/invoice.
Coupon is non-refundable and cannot be exchanges for cash or otherwise.
