Each membership tier is valid for 1 year.

Can I downgrade my tier mid year?
No, you cannot downgrade your tier in between your active subscription period.
What happens to unused coupons at year end?
Coupons are valid for the duration of your active membership duration. Unused coupons lapse upon expiry and are non-refundable.
Can I adjust my ride fee discount coupons/marquee event passes discount for standard or brand specific discount?
No, adjustment of any pre-decided benefits with any other benefit is not allowed
When can I avail my birthday specific offer?
One can avail their birthday discount for a period of 15 days (7 days before and 7 days after including the birthday) around their registered date of birth
