At Reise Moto, we are dedicated to offering premium Products and excellent service to our customers. Please read the following information about our refund policy before placing an order for Product/s on our website.
Return of Product/s:
- You can return tyres/Accessories within 48 hours of receiving them if they are damaged or defective.
- You must contact Reise Moto's customer service team to initiate a Complaint for return of tyres/Accessories and refund.

- You will be provided with a complaint number and instructions on how to return the tyres/Accessories.
- Tyres/Accessories must be returned in their original and unused condition, with all original packaging and documentation.
- Tyres/Accessories will be picked up within 15 days from the address they were dispatched.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the tyres/Accessories back to Reise Moto except tyres/Accessories which are/is received in damage condition.
Product/Refund Eligibility:
- 100% refunds are only applicable for:
- Orders that are cancelled before shipment.(Actual Payment gateway charges will be borned by the customer)
- Products that are returned in their original, unused condition.
- Refunds will not be issued for:
- Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
Upon receipt of returned Tyres/Accessories and subject to verification of condition of Tyres/Accessories and report, Company will process a refund as per Policy within 7-10 days to the original payment method used for purchase.
Reise moto will charge following cost for Return of Tyres/Accessories:
- The actual cost of shipping the items back to our designated warehouse.
- A 10% Restocking Fees
- A 2% Payment Gateway Charges
If the return is due to a Reise Moto error, Reise moto/Company will pay the return shipping/dispatching costs.
Exchange:
- If you wish to exchange your Product/s for a different size, brand, or model, please contact our customer service team at +91 8655818999 or write to us at orders@reisemoto.com
- Exchange requests are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges or fees.
- The return process outlined above must be followed for any exchanged Product/s.
Exceptions:
- Custom or special order Product/s, including Product/s with customizations such as engraved sidewalls etc., are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective at time of delivery.
- Promotional or discounted Product/s may have different refund or exchange policies. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of the promotion or discount for details.
