Yes, the C30 offers a warranty of 1 year against any manufacturing defect but does not cover physical or liquid damage.

The C30 supports Universal Bluetooth Intercom and can connect to any other headset that supports Universal Pairing. This connection is achieved over RIDELYNKTM, and the maximum range is ~ 50m, making it ideal for Rider-Pillion connection. It is also possible to latch on a different Bluetooth device on to a RIDEGRIDTM mesh by establishing a RIDELYNKTM connection with that device, and then merging the RIDELYNKTM call on to an existing RIDEGRIDTM mesh.

The C30 features two ports. The microUSB port is used for audio – the headset cable comes with a safety-lock mechanism that ensures that the cable is held in place while riding. The Type-C port meanwhile is covered by a rubber flap and used to charge the device, using the Type-C cable provided in the box.

Unlike some headsets available today, the C30 is IP67 rated and is hence fully waterproof and dust proof over an extended time of use.

The C30 offers RIDEGRIDTM, our proprietary mesh technology and offers up to 1.1km of true range in a straight line. The range is measured on an open highway with line-of-sight (LOS) between the two C30 devices.
