Construction –
Top Rack – Top rack is construction 19 mm mild steel tube with 6mm heavy duty laser cut brackets mounts on chassis. Top rack is reinforced with 6mm laser cut braces to add necessary strength. Top rack is designed hold up to 12 kg which makes it must have accessory to install Top Box. Top rack is compatible to carry both hard and soft luggage. Precise fabrication process allows easy fitment of parts.

Top Rack Plate – Top rack plate is 2 mm laser cut plate sits on top rack frame. Top rack plate is designed to provided extended support on top rack frame.

Aesthetics and Ergonomics – Top rack add tourer touch to the motorcycle. PPE Gloss black powder coat gives premium to the Top Rack. Along with looks top rack designed critical ergonomic factors like pillion comfort and pillion movement. Stays also allows easy fitment of hard and soft luggage also.

Construction –
Pillion backrest pad is made with PU liquid foam molding process. Single piece molding makes it completely waterproof. Pad is simply bolted with laser cut bracket with 4 bolts gives firmness to pad. Backrest laser cut bracket is made from 3mm Mild Steel sheet. Bracket is bolted on top rack

Aesthetics and Ergonomics – Pillion backrest looks very attractive due to its compact round design goes very well with seat. Along with look of pillion backrest, design has taken care of critical ergonomic factors of pillion comfort and movement around vehicle. Pillion backrest is positioned for maximum support to the pillion at times of quicker acceleration.
