Exchange & Replacement Policy
At Reise Moto, we offer a hassle-free 2-day exchange/replacement service. Returns and refunds are not applicable as per company policy.
Eligibility:
- Available only for size/color mismatches or damaged/deffective products on eligible riding gear and accessories.
- Exchange/replacement for tyres is strictly not allowed and will be automatically rejected.
Requirements:
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. (Link)
- Products must be unused, with all original tags, packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.
- 5–6 images or a video showing all angles of the product are mandatory.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/defective products.
